Clarity Call Policy — By Queen Des™ Thank you for choosing to book a Clarity Call. This session is designed to give you actionable insight into your business and help you determine your next best move — whether that includes working with me or not. Please read the following policy carefully before booking. Purpose of the Call The Clarity Call is a 60-minute consulting session focused on understanding your business, identifying current challenges, and mapping out your next best steps. You’ll leave this session with a clearer picture of what you need — whether that’s one of my services or support from another resource. This call is strictly for consultation and strategy only. No services (i.e., systems setup, task execution, or deliverables) will be provided during or after the call. Retainer Disclaimer Booking a Clarity Call does not guarantee or confirm a spot in any monthly retainer or long-term package. However, this call is mandatory for any client interested in moving forward with a monthly retainer. It allows us to determine fit, scope, and direction before committing to a larger partnership. Payment & Refunds The Clarity Call is a paid session and non-refundable. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Rescheduling & Cancellations You are allowed one complimentary reschedule if made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or reschedule requests within 24 hours of your scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. No-shows or missed calls will not be refunded or rescheduled.
